Sophia is a social media content management platform developed and operated by Orban Forest ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how we handle data when you interact with our Facebook and Instagram integrations.

1. What Data We Access

Through the Facebook and Instagram APIs, Sophia accesses:

• Page data: Page name, profile information, and page metadata for business pages that have authorized our application.
• Post content: Posts, captions, images, and media published through our platform to authorized pages.
• Engagement metrics: Likes, comments, shares, reach, and impressions on content published through our platform.
• Page insights: Aggregate audience demographics and page-level analytics provided by the Facebook/Instagram APIs.

2. What Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal data from page followers or commenters.
• We do not access private messages or personal Facebook/Instagram profiles.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
• We do not use data for advertising or profiling purposes.

3. How We Use Data

All accessed data is used solely to provide social media management services to our business clients. Specifically:

• Publishing content to authorized business pages on behalf of our clients.
• Analyzing post performance to improve future content quality.
• Generating engagement reports for our clients.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored in an encrypted database (SQLCipher) on secure, locally hosted infrastructure.
• Access is restricted to authorized Orban Forest operators only.
• We do not store data in cloud services or third-party platforms.
• API tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to end users.

5. Data Retention

We retain page and post data for as long as the business client relationship is active. Upon termination of service, all client-specific data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

• Using the Facebook data deletion callback (automatic when you remove our app).
• Emailing us at privacy@orbanforest.com.

Deletion requests are processed immediately. Since Sophia is an operator-managed platform with no end-user accounts, removal of the Facebook app integration completes the deletion process.

7. Third-Party Services

Sophia integrates with Meta's Facebook and Instagram APIs under their Platform Terms. We comply with all applicable Meta platform policies regarding data use and storage.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
